When constructed, the wind farm, which is in a forested site managed by Forestry Commission Scotland will comprise of 13 turbines, with an expected installed capacity of 29MW.

In February 2014 Moray Council granted planning permission for Aultmore Wind Farm.  We would like to thank the local community and businesses for their support.

Working with the community

We are committed to providing a community benefit package for the 25 year life of the project, which will be developed in dialogue with the local community.

We are continuing to work with the local community to determine the principles and practicalities of establishing the community benefit fund so that the best and most appropriate fund is developed to meet the needs of the local community.
